Project description
Part of the total reconstruction of the house is the roofing of the yard. It becomes a distinctive architectural element in this gothic building. Despite its “modernity”, it is inspired by the icon of Czech Gothic architecture J. B. Santini, whose morphology and tectonics it is a reminiscence of.
The building is designed to house a restaurant, a bakery, and a wine shop. In the representative rooms on the upper floors are rentable social spaces and an exhibition of the audio-visual project Praga Magica.
